If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact our Sales
Department.  All returns must be authorized by RMA (Return Material
Authorization). Stock Items are subject to a 15 % re-stocking charge and non stock items & non defective products are subject to a 20% restocking charge. 

All special order or custom merchandise is non returnable.
There is a $30.00 processing fee for any cancellations of special or 
custom orders.
